These Terms and Conditions shall apply to Your use of the Website located at karthividhyalayaicse.com and (“The American International Schools of Chennai website”). By accessing the Schools Site You hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If You do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not access the Schools Site. We reserve the right to add or change/modify the site, site content terms and conditions at any point of time without prior notice to You. Any changes will be posted through karthividhyalayaicse.com and it is your responsibility as a user to refer to the terms and conditions on accessing this service. Such modifications and changes shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modifications, alterations or changes. - Cancellation and Refund Policy
No Cancellation is permitted. Refunds are not given on activities registered for and paid. Upon payment of an Activity on the site, it is deemed sold to the person who has purchased. No refunds will be given on Activities purchased through the Schools Site. Refund of transaction(s) due to technical reasons will be resolved on a case to case basis. Card holder must follow up within 40 days of technical difficulty being processed from the Schools Site. For any refund issued to said Cardholder, 15 working day must be allowed for processing of a refund. For a refund to be issued, the said Cardholder, whose name appears on the card utilized for payment needs to contact the Business Office of Karthi Vidhyalaya International (ICSE) Schools.
Upon acceptance of processing of a payment, Karthi Vidhyalaya International (ICSE) Schools does not take any liability of charges on said Cardholder’s account. For any issues related to fraud, the cardholder must contact their respective card issuing bank. Karthi Vidhyalaya International (ICSE) Schools does not take any responsibility for fraudulent charged on behalf of any User.
- Termination
You agree that Karthi Vidhyalaya International (ICSE) Schools may at its sole discretion and at any time terminate Your password, user account or use of any service. Karthi Vidhyalaya International (ICSE) Schools may at its sole discretion discontinue any site or service or limit or restrict any user access. It has been understood by You that Karthi Vidhyalaya International (ICSE) Schools shall not have any liability to you or any other person for any termination of Your access to Our service or removal of information concerning Your account.
